Her manager handed her sixty dollars and asked her to create a retirement basket for a co-worker. Vivian smiled, gathered her materials, and poured her heart into crafting something more than just a gift — she built a moment of appreciation, wrapped in thoughtfulness and tied with beauty.​
By the end of that same day, the company’s phone lines were lighting up. “Can we order one too?” “Who made that basket?” Vivian was stunned to learn she had already received forty new orders. The receptionist laughed and told her, “Vivian, you’re missing your calling.” That single act of creativity changed the course of her life.

In 1989, driven by her desire to help others succeed, Vivian founded the first nationwide gift basket wire service — connecting over 188 small businesses across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Through this network, she mentored countless entrepreneurs, teaching them not just how to build baskets, but how to build dreams.

While her hands are constantly busy with ribbons and baskets, Vivian’s heart has always been in service. What began as a small community outreach has become an annual tradition: creating hundreds of Easter baskets for underprivileged children.
