Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your basket arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:

We will gladly repair, replace, or correct the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items (Food & Consumables)
Due to California health and safety regulations — and to protect every customer — we cannot accept returns on:

Spa/consumable personal-care products

Any perishable or edible goods
All sales of consumable products are final.
This ensures items have not been opened, tampered with, or compromised.
Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Claims regarding taste, flavor, or general “quality of food” once consumed
